Wheri'mlink: Most of the time, you don't know what someone's work is worth until after the fact. I think a lot of us do that we're like, oh, we don't want people who are motivated by money. But everyone is motivated by money, one and two, thet r make them bad people or people who can't learn more. Thereis still the challene that ou're talking about, where you want to make sure that there are opportunities for people to know that they're going to get pad. And honestly, it's partially also, i think, slowly getting people compensated for their time learning and then seeing what we have to offer
