Are the Hardfoots Really Bigger Than They Are?
In Tolkin's own illustration, i will say that the green door looks like it's about 12 feet tall in this particular picture. But still, i'm not seeing anything here to suggest that their feet were big. I don't think they actually are, but certainly in popular culture they are. It also strikes me as being difficult to be stealthy if your feet are that large. Diana, it looks like you have something to follow up with on this gohead yet.
