Zelda: A More Direct Role in Future Games

Zelda was there for like literally a screen and said, thank you for saving me. But as we move further and further, she gets more characteristics that are stereotypically feminine. And especially in my favorite Ocarina of Time, when she masquerades as a chic for a while, she gets a very masculine figure. So what do you think the natural extension of that is? Would you like to see in future games, Zelda having a much more direct role and maybe even playing her? I would love to see that.
