The Housing Market Is in the Eyes Storm
The housing market is basically come to a stand still and people aren't buying. The Fed will have to step in if they want to bring that spread in and probably buy again. People think, oh, that's a good thing. But I just think if nothing's working and there's no gears moving in motion here, then all the activity that stops... Eventually that seeps into the real economy,. There's going to be a lag for that to have an impact, I think.
