New Mexico 401ks With Checkbook Control
Starting the LLC in state where the business will be performed is a good idea. If your operations were in Georgia but have a physical address in Florida, it gets more complicated. NBA and other professional athletes need to file taxes in each state they are in money. Can we add her business under my self-directed 401k to take advantage of the income she receives from her business so we can max out employer contributions?
