How to Delegate Comments and DMS
I don't respond to comments Can't do it anymore. There's just too many. It's not a good use of my time Some people may have a problem with that But for me when I look at if I'm only working, you know four or five hours a day max comments are not on the agenda So my assistant and my team handle all of the comment responding they point out anything that you know Should come to my attention through the comments. As a result we built this great delegation system that allows me to really only focus on a small handful of DMS Maybe just 2% of all of the inbound that comes in through my social media so that’s system number five
