Startup Advice - The Venn Diagram

Each decision I make at this stage is made through the lens of one question. Will we provide fewer value to more customers or more value to fewer customers? The whole startup smile curve is way easier to talk about theoretically than actually implement. Today's podcast needs to double down on what I'm good at. We're going to talk tactics.
