How to Short S&P and NASDAQ in May

The Russell 2000 has outperformed the S&P by a certain amount this year. The summertime is usually a difficult time for small caps, and that's one of the reasons I wanted to have something short against it. A part of me is now wondering if we've come too far too quick in terms of catching up with the big dog. And equities these days might as well be talking into the far flung distant future.
