Zotero Integration - What's Your Experience?

I'm really excited because I think it's going to unlock so many options for people. The reason I ask is I get lots of people asking me about the Zotero integration plugin. For whatever reason people seem to think I'm an academic. And they asked me about Zotero and the more people ask me about how I use it. What's your experience with Zotero? Now, because you've got loads of AI stuff, what do you do with Zotro?
