The Importance of Critical Thinking in UX Education

A lot of people coming over for junior UX designers, career transition, or things like that are missing out on the critical thought and the critical thinking. Product managers should be shepherds of our product strategy not just order takers to somebody above them who said raise this KPI, make people do more of this. And so I think we've gotten into a situation where we aren't empowered. Our critical thinking is not welcomed. It is not wanted. And we're out of practice.
