Do You Want Your People to Be Problem Solvers?

Organisations need to think about teaching people how they want their employees to act toward customers, or act toward each other's. People are so good at sniffing out hypocritical actions and activities which makes, again, people to leave companies if everybody's being a hypocrite. You can't just teach those principles and say, you ko, can't just have it on a poster exact ye.
