NAIT and the Pathogenesis of First Pregnancies
In NAIT, we do see first pregnancies affected. There's been some controversy about the frequency of that. In high-risk OB groups, their numbers are in more like 50 or 60%. Only 10% of women exposed to an HPA1A positive fetus go on to develop antibody.
