The Importance of Gross Profit

Jeff Bezos says your margins my opportunity like his Amazon business model is little margin as possible as much volume as possible it's fine. Most people go to or I'll solve it later with size they think that size size will fix the gross margin but it never does if you've got a fat unhealthy business in year one. So get your margin right as early as possible so you can scale up with a higher gross margin and then use pricing for efficiency.
