When you move into a manager roll, what does that actually look like? There's two ways. You can still have responsibility where your providing guidance and some degree of oversight. But the kind of person you are in the way that you're working with your team mates should kind of be the same. The effect of managers is much more about being able to read people, figure out their strength,. And i think for personal growth and professional growth, allow them to shift around things they don't know how to do.
