How to Prepare for Uncertainty in Your Business?

I think it's important that companies, especially in the C-suite, understand why things are the way they are. We can't tell you about your own business because we don't know about your business. But you can sit back and you can analyze what is going on here. And maybe that will result in just knowing things so that when somebody comes along with an AI that seems to do something, you can understand when that's going to require system change.
