Michael Wolraich: Sally and Mary had expertise in the healthcare sector before higher ed. They told us that third party payers force price discipline in a way that scale is often necessary to make money. In higher ed, we sort of have the reverse problem, right? We've created a floor that basically says why in the world would you price tuition below, say, a Pell Grant? And then second, given the lack of limits on federal borrowing, not just in cost, but frankly, Jeff, in terms of what you can spend those loans on it.
