The Importance of Anonymity in Writing
I think that having several years writing anonymity, more or less, was a good way to go. Some characters have been sidelined, but others were established. I'm using the word sidelined for that at the moment, my new euphemism. When Mark took over, he said, you just carry on doing what you're doing. And it all worked out very nicely. You still don't do any of that? I was literally doing it for you. No. Not remotely.
