There is no magic pill unfortunately. One thing that we're doing with this is we're also building out an entire what we call the beams program But which are a beams challenge and be I'll tell you what those things stand for it So essentially it's all the other things that you should be doing to help support a healthy life or a long life. You know how to do that m is for move so of course incorporating exercise and including just increasing daily movement like fidgeting more and standing more and dancing more And then the first s is for sleep which obviously is very important and kind of under talked about Stress and stress modification  and making sure that you have mechanisms to handle stress.
