When we begin to meditate, it can be helpful to just take inventory of the senses. And then just let our attention sort of drift out to the sound field. We may also notice some mental activity thoughts. It could be thoughts about what we're hearing. Do this make sense? Does this not make sense? What does he mean by sensation?
