The Rest and Peace Date in Product Development

I have trouble letting go sometimes. Sometimes I know I'd work we've removed things and then it was like, oof I kind of wish we hadn't. And then sometimes you try to merge two things and it's like, wow, this is a very expensive merge if we like, you know, merge two companies or two products that are similar. You read crossing the chasm or any other product development books from Jeffrey Moore he talks about early adopters versus the laggards versus the early mainstream and the late mainstream. Those early adopters are quite happy to put up with stuff as well they're quite happy if they get some new experimental. If it's a bit buggy it
