How Do I Find People Who Are Like Me, Talk Like Me?
I agree with a number of the things that you said around i want to find people who are like me. I don't know how much of it is conscious and explicit, as opposed to just that kind of unnamed feeling that we have inside when we interact with other people who arelike us. Go in with this pre commitment package helps the interviews to be more effective and less biased. Actually making likeability an explicit criterio that you grade from one to ten makes it much more likely that you'll choose the candidate with hire social distance to yourself. It's almost a way of of bringing salience to your behaviour.
