If we were to interpret these lines extremely literally, we'd have to answer some difficult questions. Why not lifting and consuming one point four grams per kilogram leads to two to three times more lean mass games than lifting and consuming the same amount of protein? That's a difficult question to answer. And then another one is, model really seems to suggest no inergistic relationship between protein and resistance training. So i think there are some challenging questions where you have to say how well do the models line up with actual experimental evidence?'
