The Near Death Experience

I had sort of reoccurring pain in my abdomen for about six months that I sort of like promptly ignored. It's very easy for us to downplay someone's symptoms and I think this was a huge near miss as we call it in our profession that we need to learn from. The aneurysm had ruptured and he was bleeding out into his abdominal cavity when the paramedics got there they you know older got you know older whenever I'm 50 that was 58 at the time.
