We support equivalent of 5% of the UK's rough sleeping population out of homelessness per year. So typically 700 to 800 people a year. We're looking at how can we sustainably, if somebody leaves us after six months, have they sustained employment and have they stayed out of homelessness? That's our key measure. You know, the other measure really is that 44% of people who are homeless want to work and can work. Our mission is to find that 44% and give them a way out of homelessness through jobs.
