Market Rally Amid Airline Grounding and Legal Developments

Sara Eisen and Scott Wapner began the show with breaking news, as a group of banks and business groups sued the Federal Reserve over the annual bank stress tests, saying the current process falls short of its goals. The anchors also discussed American Airlines grounding all flights earlier in the day, due to a technical glitch.
