The VIX Is Not Sending Good Signals to Investors at Best

The VIX is not sending good signals here. I think that it's sending mixed signals to investors at best. And when you've got a situation where big banks are doing well, but regional banks aren't doing well, small caps can't keep up. It just feels like there should be more consternation under the surface. Despite the fact that we've had a lot of updates in the S&P, the breadth under the surface, not great.
