Is the UK Lockdown a Joke?

I think most people are ignoring it, aren't they? I've heard a lot of people just walking around. And that's the UK as a whole. The whole thing's a joke. Do you know what I mean? And at least, you know, go fucking kill Godzilla or do something cool and pissing around with gloves on the whole book.
