A study by the american society of training and development found that people who commit their goal to someone have a 65 % probability of achieving it. So let's see if we can factur that in as part of a check list that you can use as a product leader, if you're working through how to create a culture of accountability with your product teams or organization. Here are my five check list items. First, set meaningful, measurable goals. Smart, time bound. Second, make sure those goals are actually aligned with the purpose and missions of your team.
