CHAPTER

Is There Anything That Helps Oil the Cog?

I am not a very good advertisement for healthy eating, i'm afraid. Aside from tea, when the words aren't coming out is there anything else that helps you? It's no point ringing it out like a dishcloth just to get your words on the page. I find jigs or puzzles really helpful. Whether they're working a different part of your brain to ting, because they're kind of more analytical than creative, i don't know.
