Are You an Apprentice of Jesus or Just a Human Being?

The question then becomes, whether you are an apprentice of jesus or just a human being who is smart and wise. How do we live with all this pent up unsatisfied desire? What do we do with it? If to satisfy your desire is not an option, that means at some point you have to take some kind of stand against des now. And what jesus would say is, listen, put your desire in its proper place on god. The only hope were to say, buddhism would say, detach your desire. Just chase after your desire.
