Zombi Like Behavior

There are medical conditions that result in zombe like behavior. Could these conditions be enough to explain the zombi phenomenon? Is it just people with mental or physical impairments who get recognized by their families after premature burial, with no bocors involved? One possibility is that, in some cases they don't. They remain in the tombs, and the relatives and community members only think that they see the person alive again later on.
