With all the people that you see, coach, I feel like I see this pattern when it comes to any sort of personal development effort. And then there's this third group that I call the people who are stuck in the vicious cycle of personal development. A lot of coaching business models are built on some form of an asset model where their goal is to continue to ascend them up through their world into bigger and better programs and products price point. So they would rather spend a lot of money dancing around the truth, keep going to the events,. Keep reading the books, keeping going to these retreats ... but not own the truth.
