Is It Possible to Pray Across Time?

If it's possible to pray across time, are there any things we should not pray for? For example, i know that it is god's will that christ will come back some day and that the dead will be resurrected. But i can pray for things about nine 11 that i don't know to be contrary to god's will. I can even pray that the terrorists repented in their last moments of life. So i don't want to leave anybody out of my prayers. That's why, in what i think of as my cosmic prayer, i ask god to help people across all times and worlds.
