The tanks do not need electricity in order to continue to provide cooling. The idea is you put the body that's extremely cold into a container that leaks out very little energy. And so as long as somebody is able to go in there and top it off with liquid nitrogen at those intervals, then you're fine. Even if the power goes out or even if there's some problem with the delivery ofLiquid Nitrogen.
