What Makes a Good Elder?

CNN's Jim Cevallos takes a look at the 20 qualities needed to be an elder in his church. The list includes: Faithfulness above reproach, prudence, husband of one wife,. temperate, respectable, hospitable and able to teach. It also includes gentle, peaceable or uncontentious, free from the love of money; managing his own household well. He says not any man will measure up totally until we're with Jesus.
