The Recession of Ainu Culture

There are no still living native speakers of Ainu as in people who learned Ainu as their first language. And the language is basically critically endangered. The worst part of it is that interest in Ainu has only searched from the 70s. By then most of the still native speakers were already in their 60s or 70s. Most wouldn't even speak Ainu of being afraid of repercussions.
