Is France Going to Ask Algeria to Increase Production?
France's message to Algeria is that everyone has something to offer it, says Nicolas Sarkozy. Energy security was a topic of discussion during the French president's visit this week. But France does not have all that much extra gas to export today, he adds. The price of a kilowatt in Algeria is probably one of the cheapest in the world,. as long as this continues, there won't be any extra gas export.
