I think it all depends on who your clients are and who you're working on. As an agency, are we here for the long term or are we going quarter by quarter? I guess my main takeaway is that we are in a transitional period in America where you kind of have one foot in multicultural marketing still kind of as a specialty and another foot in it being mainstream. My dream is that every strategist should be a multicultural strategist.
