The Hunt for the Crime
There are four theories as to why Donald Trump paid off Stormy Daniels. One is that it was in furtherance of misclassifying what should have been a campaign expense paying off his mistress. The second thing is a tax offense because he managed to pay the IRS more tax at the state, more taxes than if we'd have been in campaign donation. And the third one is this crazy theory that somehow winning, there's a statute that says you can't win a run for office by, by lying and the false entry was itself a lie. So therefore, you can bootstrap itself up into a crime.
