Is the Spread Sheet a Science Fiction?

i found that people seem to really of a certain fluency with the excel spread sheet, archetype of the fictional future. What what made it fun for me was to actually translate that into this visual form,. That's the sretchy that you would expect to see at the end of the annual report. But there is something really, almost magisterial about it. A gigantic spread sheet. How can you argue with it? It just goes on and on. Then you can keep scrowling. And maybe it has your pivot tables and stuff. The ideaof mass as a kind of language, and numerical pro progressions as almost like a kind of comfort object that some people have.
