Evan's Arrest in Yekaterinburg and the Charges Against Him
Evan Gotchovich was on a reporting trip in Yekaterinburg when he was arrested. He's being held at Le Fortova, which is a notorious detention facility east of Moscow. Ex-prisoners have described the general kind of atmosphere where you don't really see any other prisoners and what is the guards make these loud clicking noises with their keys to warn wardens that they're coming through.
