Code Review

Code review is something that requires a great deal of ampathy and trust in order to be successful. Not every one does well on the spot if challenged to explaind a decision they made a week ago. I would avoid code reviews in relationship, bhut there's a disproportionate power dynamic,. especially if the person reviewing your code ultimately decides your calm.
