It would be nice if there was some kind of wall on that you couldn't sell your bitcoin and then buy back the same amount of bitcoin next day. Og, i don'thave a probem with some regulation, cause it's going to happen. So you just got to make sure it's the regulation that doesn't kill bit coin. Youo and make it, set it back. It's not going to kill it. The wash sale rule does not exist in bitcoin. That loss now shows up on your tax returns, but you can buy at this low
