The Coconut Milk Market, Dave?
Coconut milk is stored in one of two locations in your average supermarket. The Caribbean section has different brand coconut milk at an entirely different price structure, £50 a can. He's going to world foods because he knows something that the rest of the country's in blissfully unaware of. And do I keep this to myself or shout it like a town crier? National radio? Or, do I take a couple of those cans from the Caribbean section of the world food aisle? Do I place them next to the £1 10 cans in the Asian section to set off a coconut-flavored cat amongst the pigeons?
