The Importance of Institutional Criticism in Art
I found that a lot of artists weren't making art anymore. And it was clear to me going to galleries that they hadn't made anything of their own creation. They were sort of trying really hard to make, you know, some great piece of art or make it really definite in a certain style or message. I just thought this is a bit, this is also subjective, I just couldn't get a grasp at it anymore.
