The Barrier to Moving Through Industries Is Totally Broken

I said this a long time ago, but i need to say it again. Like om industry experience is totally overrated. It's the same thing with every industry, right? I worked in medical device, and it was very hard to get in there. Every every sea level executiveon the in medical device companies has been in the medical device industry for 20 years. Homogeneous thinking, old, stale thinking. They're doing theirselves a huge disservice. And so in whatever let me. Am, and so, yes, the world is different.
