How to Introduce Your Friends to Your Friends
The joke is from your dad's era, versions of it go back at least to college publications in the 1920s. Do you live around here or do you write a bicycle? Or who's daddy are you? There's several of those statements that are used. Another one that he uses was somebody he'll be talking to someone and somebody will say something kind of just in meeting maybe the first time.
