Change generally speaking is not comfortable for us, right? It takes some time for that adjustment to happen. With leaders in particular, they're the ones that can actually have those important conversations around why. Why are we making this change? Why are we doing it now? Having a waterfall approach of having the CRO share that message all the way down through to the frontline leaders and also being able to really help that person understand what's in it for me or with them as a lot of us say.
