Co-Founders - It's Not Just About You

I've seen so many co-founders break apart either because they're too similar and hence both of them are interfering too much in each other's boundaries. I think as colleagues, if you can give each other the space, which comes essentially from the respect that that person was going to do their job well, right? There is a primary lead and there is a stinky by which issue has then actually come back to us. Having clear boundaries, I think, is the biggest learning that, okay, for this decision, you have to go. And for this, we have a joint point of view. That’s helpful for any kind of relationship.
