Mixing Music Is Not Fun

I started making music in 1999. The first album that I finished with my friend Ryan, the first Daturbot album, as it was called, was 1999. And you know, we just send around to some community college stations and that was that. But now fucking internet. Goddamn, everyone wants your attention. Everyone wants it. Why do I want to put on music that's begging for my attention? That is not fun. All the good stuff has things that happen, even if they're barely perceptible. Well, I love this new idea of like this, you know, not much warning or no morning at all. Like, hey, this is going live. Great.
